My lychee strawberry shortcake is definitely a popular cake :) It consists of lychee syrup soaked sponge cake layers, lychee chantilly cream, and lychee & strawberry pieces. When I first made and tasted this cake 2 years ago, I was very pleasantly surprised, so I can understand its popularity. My other popular cakes are the hk-style milk tea hazelnut, matcha opera, green tea black sesame tofu rare cheesecake & mont blanc.
