Words cannot describe my obsession with milk tea, whether it’s royal milk tea, hk-style milk tea, or bubble tea. Two of my favourites are Kirin’s afternoon tea & Kochakaden’s royal milk tea. I know, these Japanese bottled beverages are full of preservatives and whatnot, but that doesn’t take away my love for them.
In these macarons, I incorporated royal milk tea into the filling, with white chocolate ganache as a base. It’s by far my favourite macaron flavour :)
