mousse trio – sakura, white chocolate & green tea

The combination of pastel pink, green, and white really is beautiful, which is why I like to create desserts consisting of these colours. I came up with this dessert after making the sakura white chocolate green tea entremet. I would always end up with left-over mousse from making the cake, so I decided to fill glass bottles with the trio as a separate dessert for myself :)
