sakura for desserts

These sakura (cherry blossom) ingredients arrived from Japan two days ago. One is sakura paste and the other is salted cherry blossoms which can be used for decorations. I already have a number of desserts I’d like to make with these, such as macarons, mousse cake, shortbread cookies, mille-crêpes, cheesecake, and roll cake. Yep, I’m pretty ambitious :D I’ll be featuring some sakura items in my Spring menu and I can’t wait to start testing out some recipes!
